Key Advantages of MultiRail

Compared to anchorage points which only offer the user a limited freedom of activity depending on the length of the lanyard, horizontal guided rail offers the advantage that they can be also installed as handrails.

In case of a fall, the falling forces are absorbed by several intermediate brackets and not just by both of the end-fixings.

Also, compared with traditional horizontal guided rail, MultiRail offers the advantage of greater fixing distances (up to 12m between posts).

Made of stainless steel for the toughest environmental conditions.

Tracking Systems FAQs

The Soll MultiRail is a horizontal guided rail system that provides continuous fall protection for workers in industrial environments. Unlike cable lifelines, the rigid rail allows workers to move in multiple directions, making it ideal for overhead working areas, gantries, and manufacturing facilities.

A cable lifeline runs in a single direction and requires the worker to move along the line. A tracking system uses a rigid rail that can be configured in complex layouts including corners, junctions, and switches, allowing workers to move freely in multiple directions while remaining continuously connected.

Yes. MultiRail systems can be installed in existing buildings and can be designed to work around existing structural elements, plant, and equipment. We will carry out a structural assessment as part of the design process.

MultiRail systems can be designed to accommodate multiple simultaneous users. The system can include switches and junctions that allow workers to transfer between rail sections without disconnecting.

Tracking systems require regular inspection and maintenance to ensure they remain safe and effective. Pinnacle Testing Services provides comprehensive inspection programmes for all types of fall protection systems, including tracking systems.
