Pinnacle Testing Services (PTS)
Pinnacle Testing Services (PTS) are dedicated to the testing of fall protection, safety at height and lightning protection systems. We operate Nationwide and our experienced team of surveyors and engineers are fully trained to test and maintain all systems. Therefore any remedial works can be identified during the inspection to ensure the system is fully compliant and fit for purpose.
What We Do
Eyebolt Anchorage Testing
PTS are fully approved installers and testers of eyebolt anchorage systems, with all our engineers attending Anchor Devices for Fall Arrest training courses as recommended by our manufacturers. All eyebolts are tested using a calibrated hydraulic test metre.
System Management & Certification
PTS can design and manage the whole testing process to meet each client's individual needs. This includes a reminder of forthcoming retests, system and location data sheets and annual certification. On completion a Pinnacle data safety tag is attached to all systems.
Independent Testing & Certification
PTS offer a fully independent testing service and certify safety systems that have been installed in accordance with BS EN 795 and BS EN 7883 recommendations. We have engineers who have installed a variety of safety systems on the market which allows us to offer an independent test under relevant legislations that require all safety systems to undergo periodic examinations by a competent person to certify that they are compliant and safe to use.
System Checks & Inspections
Key system checks include swage tests, torque checks and deployment of shock absorbers including the Constant Force Post. Our engineers carry out a thorough inspection of every component of your system, identifying any defects or areas requiring remedial work.
Roof Maintenance & Cleaning
PTS offer a nationwide service specialising in the maintenance, cleaning and clearing of sloping and flat roofs, skylights, gutters and drainage systems. All gutters and drainage systems will be cleaned in accordance with our specifications. All debris is collected and removed safely from site and minor blockages cleared in one visit. Following the initial clean, you will be provided with a full report notifying any remedial works such as missing or broken parts and any serious blockages. All operatives have been trained through IPAF (The International Powered Access Federation) and in the use of fall arrest and safety restraint systems to ensure a safe working environment.
