Pinnacle believe that training is the most preventative and effective method to avoid accidents. Fall protection equipment can only be effective if the user knows how to use it correctly.

Following completion of installation of our various fall protection products, we can offer on-site training to all potential users. Training will cover obligations and legal responsibility under health and safety regulations and ensure users are fully competent in the use of the equipment.

The Working at Height Regulations 2005 require that all work at height is carried out by competent persons. Any worker who uses fall protection equipment — including harnesses, lanyards, inertia reels, and lifeline systems — must receive appropriate training in its correct use.

Our training covers legal obligations and responsibilities, correct use of fall protection equipment, pre-use inspection of equipment, donning and doffing harnesses, connecting to anchor points, emergency rescue procedures, risk assessment awareness, and manufacturer's guidelines.

Yes. We deliver training on-site, specific to the systems installed at your location. This ensures workers are trained on the actual equipment they will be using in the actual environment in which they will be working.

We can deliver training to groups of any size. For larger groups, we can run multiple sessions on the same day to ensure all workers receive training. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Yes. On completion of training, we provide documentation confirming that each attendee has received training. This provides evidence of due diligence in the event of an HSE investigation.
